ENGR. SAM OWOLABI
Group Chairman Advisory Committee

Engr. Sam Owolabi is an accomplished engineering professional with over 17 years of experience in maintenance management and mechanical engineering. He currently serves as the Maintenance Manager at Lafarge Canada, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in developing and motivating teams, optimizing critical parts inventory, and ensuring the long-term functionality of equipment. His expertise spans across preventive maintenance, budgeting, and cost control, contributing significantly to the company’s operational efficiency and sustainability.

Prior to his current role, Engr. Owolabi served in various capacities at Lafarge Africa Plc for over a decade. His responsibilities included managing maintenance operations, leading teams, and optimizing spare parts inventory through FMEA. His tenure saw notable improvements in equipment reliability and plant performance, driven by his strategic approach to preventive and corrective maintenance. His leadership was instrumental in achieving key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Engr. Owolabi’s extensive experience also includes a role as a Preventive Maintenance Manager, where he successfully implemented preventive maintenance actions and contributed to annual shutdown programs. He played a crucial role in promoting and maintaining maintenance management systems, ensuring the application of best practices, and driving cross-functional analyses to enhance reliability and maintenance practices. His efforts in this role underscored his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

In addition to his roles at Lafarge, Engr. Owolabi has international experience, having worked as an International Key Account Manager for Lafarge’s Energy and Strategic Sourcing team in Beijing, China. His contributions included spare parts procurement, quality assurance, and cost optimization. He also has a background in the tobacco industry, where he honed his skills in mechanical engineering and maintenance planning.

Engr. Owolabi holds a Master of Business Administration from the Business School Netherlands, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Agriculture, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. His commitment to professional development and his proven track record in maintenance management make him a valuable asset to any organization.

BILL-ANTHONY UCHEALOR Non-Executive Director/Advisory Committee

Mr. Bill-Anthony Uchealor is a distinguished industry practitioner with over 9+ years of experience in management, ICT, finance, and engineering sectors. As the Executive Director of Operations at Laplace Technologies Limited, he has overseen and coordinated telecommunications business operations across West Africa, driving an annual turnover exceeding $823,000 from Nigeria operations alone. He successfully established company branches in Togo, Niger, Cameroon, Ghana, and Benin, significantly boosting revenue and earning the company prestigious accolades such as the Gold Medal Partner and Best West Africa Partner by Huawei Technologies.

Mr. Uchealor excels in strategic planning, project management, and operational efficiency. He has implemented robust customer relationship and retention management processes, led technical teams, and managed extensive project portfolios. His tenure as Executive Director of Finances at Laplace Technologies saw him enhance financial performance, engage with tax authorities, and drive revenue assurance. He provided financial oversight, enforced compliance with accounting policies, and facilitated financial audits, significantly improving cash flow and financial accountability.

TOPEAKINWANDE
Chief of Staff – Advisory Board Member

Temitope Akinwande is a seasoned telecommunications executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in project management and business development within the telecom sector. As CEO and President of Mannako, he oversees strategic planning, business development, and day-to-day operations. Temitope began his telecom career in 2004 with Cvcomms Limited, where he advanced from pioneer Project Manager to Head of the Project Team. In 2012, he transitioned to Laplace Telecommunications Limited as Head of Business Development and Strategy.

Throughout his career, Temitope has spearheaded numerous high-impact projects, including the MTN Lagos Third Mainland Bridge coverage and capacity improvement project. His expertise encompasses a wide range of telecommunications initiatives, such as in-building Distributed Antenna Systems, BTS/Microwave projects, Cell Extender and Repeater Coverage, Fiber Optics projects, and Tower Mounted Amplifier & Booster projects. Temitope holds a B. Eng degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and has completed extensive training in PRINCE2, PMP, and Sales Project Management, cementing his reputation as a leader in the industry.

ORIOWO TUMILARA ADEOLUWA
Executive Director/Group Controller

Oriowo Tumilara Adeoluwa I. is a dynamic leader with a proven track record at Lishore International Nigeria Limited, excelling in strategic planning and project management. With extensive experience in supply chain management, he has spearheaded operational strategies that significantly improved supply chain efficiency and cost control.

Adeoluwa is skilled in fostering community engagement and driving results through effective program management and innovative cost reduction initiatives. His expertise in financial management, logistics, procurement, and vendor relations has been instrumental in achieving organizational goals and sustaining long-term growth. Adeoluwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OSHA).

CHRISTIAN CHIKE UCHEALOR
Chief Operating Officer

Christian Chike Uchealor, a detail-oriented professional with a B.Sc. in Public Administration from Lead City University, possesses extensive experience in operations, account management, and sales. As the Head of Operations at Laplace Integrated Logistics since September 2019, he has excelled in optimizing logistics and warehouse management, leading teams, and negotiating with suppliers and customers.

Previously, as an Account Officer at Laplace Technologies, he adeptly managed financial records and customer interactions. His strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills have consistently driven organizational success. His project management certification underscore his ability to execute strategic initiatives effectively.

SHEDRACH CHIBUZO
Group Technical Team Lead

Shedrack is a highly skilled technical leader with extensive expertise across major telecommunications vendors including Huawei, Alcatel Lucent, Ceragon, Aviat, and Ericsson. With a background in Electrical Electronics and over two decades of experience, he specializes in microwave transmission and network integration.

Shedrack’s proficiency spans a wide array of equipment such as Ericsson RBS series, Alcatel MW systems, and Huawei BTS and RTN models, complemented by comprehensive training in BTS installation, commissioning, and project management. His leadership roles include managing field support operations, overseeing project implementation, and optimizing network performance for major telecom operators across Nigeria.

ROBERT AGAH
Company Secretary/Group Head, Legal

Robert Agah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, having worked with esteemed law firms such as Ademola Abiodun Koko & Co., Geoffrey Onyema Joseph & Co., and Richard Nweze & Co.

He currently serves as the Company Secretary and Group Head of Legal at Bildiamo Limited, owners and developers of Skymall, where he manages tenant relations, handles representation in court, drafts and reviews legal documents, and interfaces with regulatory agencies. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the African Bar Association, known for his excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
